Our fixed knot deer fence is a kind of animal husbandry fence widely used in grassland areas to protect ecological balance and prevent landslides. It has beautiful appearance, durability and low price. The fixed knot deer fence is generally made of hot-dip galvanized wire, and the amount of zinc is generally 60g-100g per square meter. The requirements are higher in humid areas, and about 230g of wire is used. Recently, cold galvanized wire is also used to make fixed knot deer fence in Africa.
Transverse wire, tensile strength 80kg-90kg, to increase the impact resistance of the mesh; For longitudinal wire, low carbon steel wire with tensile resistance of 40kg-50kg shall be used to wind on the transverse wire. During winding, the side wire shall not be less than 2.5 turns and the inner wire shall not be less than 5 turns (2T-3T mechanical pressure shall be added during winding to prevent longitudinal wire from sliding). The fixed knot deer fence has novel structure, firmness and precision, flat surface, uniform mesh, strong integrity, large toughness, non convergence, anti-skid, compression resistance, wind and rain resistance, and its service life is generally up to decades no matter how bad the local natural conditions are. Even if it is cut locally, it will not loose and deform under local pressure, and has strong anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation capacity, which has the advantages that ordinary steel wire mesh does not have. It also overcomes the disadvantage that the welding points of the electric welding mesh are easy to open and fall off, and the one-time installation will never be loose.
